Supervises the daily execution of account level technical and/or soft services. Ensures delivery of services with a high level of customer satisfaction, and identifies opportunities to expand contract scope. Oversees Johnson Controls' employees and vendor relationships. University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 Years minimum experience.
