Organization Engagement Associate Director

Organization Engagement (OE) is dunnhumby’s practice of helping organizations (our clients) better understand, anticipate, measure and continually respond to their customers through empowering, aligning and equipping their people with relevant insights, values, goals, strategies and actions.

Role

The OE Associate Director is responsible for championing the change management for our Food Service and Grocery sector clients and projects with a goal of providing solutions that are integrated and adopted. This will include Training Design and Development, Communications, and Stakeholder Management.

Key Responsibilities

·

Understand the client’s organization and processes to champion change management solutions that deliver high levels of value to our clients

·

Execute stakeholder engagement strategies, leadership alignment, needs and impact analysis, training and communications programs, change readiness, and adoption measurement

·

Create and deploy training materials to support client needs. Curriculum may include training about dunnhumby, segmentations and our key data insight tools.

·

Ensure the quality of training programs through usage of established standards and templates

·

Evaluate, measure, and report on effectiveness of training programs and change initiatives and implement changes as required.

·

Innovate the current training curriculum – ensuring that client education is relevant, applicable, and exciting!

·

Consult as needed on specific project plans to address change management considerations.

·

Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers across client organization

·

Support the delivery of Change Leadership training and certify client team members (Change Champions) to utilize dunnhumby’s Change Leadership Model.

Requires some travel within the US – 15%

High levels of interaction with client

Key skills:
·

5-7 years experience designing, developing, and delivering training and change management programs with complex, large organizations – retail / service industry / grocery experience preferred

·

Solid grasp of change management fundamentals and customer centricity.

·

Excellent consulting skills and ability to facilitate and collaborate within teams and cross functionally to deliver successful business outcomes and deliverables

·

Previous assignments at organizational behavior firms and/or consultancies with exposure to organizational assessment practices and change management practices is highly desired

·

Excellent time management skills and ability to effectively manage competing priorities

·

Demonstrated communication skills.

·

Strong interpersonal skills – outgoing, passionate, curious, collaborate.

·

Quick learner

·

Bachelor’s degree minimum, MBA in Organizational Behavior or related field desired
