Organization Engagement Consultant

Associate Director, Grade 3

Organization Engagement is key to the dunnhumby strategy to create measurable value by changing our clients’ organizations to be centered on the customer by helping our clients turn brilliant insight into sustainable action.

Our proven methodology utilizes tools and processes to help engagements and initiatives embed organizational change from analysis through plan and execution.

Role

This role is responsible for developing and implementing change management and customer education strategies with the goal of enhancing implementation and adoption with clients.

This role will be responsible for all change leadership initiatives including stakeholder management, business process mapping and design, communication and training (planning through execution) and implementation planning.

This role works in close collaboration with the OE team and key dunnhumby and client stakeholders to discuss, create and plan OE deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

·

Managing Organization Change -

Guiding the dh project team and our clients

through the management and execution of strategic organizational change

·

Creating and managing a detailed project workplan for Organizational Engagement tasks, milestones and dependencies

·

Develop a change and communication toolkit that includes global best practice/standards for stakeholder engagement planning, leadership alignment, impact analysis, education, communications, change/business readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement within our clients

·

Coordinate communications plan, key messaging content and work with key stakeholders to execute the communication with clients

·

System and Process Change

– Understand/assist current state process mapping for retailers and CPG clients and coordinate, facilitate and participate in future state process mapping recommendations

·

Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers across dunnhumby and within our clients organizations

·

Serve as a challenger and ‘voice of the customer’ in change and education planning for initiatives

·

Lead development and delivery of all customer-centric training programs for specific

projects leveraging the global Customer Education components developed.

·

Collaborate with US (and global) OE team on OE trends, dh OE framework, methodologies and solutions as well as client/audience readiness guidance based on initiative implementation landscape

Key Skills

·

Ability to work in a fast paced environment, prioritize work and meet aggressive timelines for deliverables

·

Solid grasp of change management fundamentals and customer centricity

·

Prior experience implementing large scale and/or global initiatives a plus

·

Ability to easily communicate/synthesize/translate complex topics, processes and information

·

Knowledge of retailer and manufacturer category management functions including their objectives and business performance pressures a plus.

·

Understanding of the product development and agile product cycle a plus

·

Demonstrated leadership, communication and influencing skills.

·

Strong interpersonal skills – outgoing, passionate, curious, collaborate

·

Proficiency with Microsoft Office a plus

·

Bachelor’s degree
