JOB SUMMARY: Serves as the direct link between YNHH executive leadership and the department heads, managers and employees with a focus on the "off shifts." Achieves superior clinical, patient, employee, physician satisfaction and financial outcomes. Attains performance management goals for YNHH consistent with the Senior Operations Group. Responds to market and environmental forces, which have a significant impact on the delivery of acute care services particularly on the off shifts. Develops an effective response to these forces in all clinical and non-clinical areas. Collaborates with others to achieve the Hospital's strategic mission and objectives. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Relevant Masters degree reguired, i.e. MSN, MBA, MPh, Masters in Hospital Administration. Five years demonstrated leadership/management experience in an acute care setting and/or an equivilent combination of education and experience. Academic medical experience preferred.
