Responsible for efficient administration of office operations including compliance with BMH and CHP policies and procedures and federal, state, and county laws and regulations. Performs duties in a manner consistent with BMH policies to ensure accomplishment of objectives. QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 - 2 years experience preferred
- Customer service skills are required
Medical office setting experience preferred.
Requires knowledge of healthcare administration and medical terminology is desirable.
Requires strong organizational skills.

Must have the ability to exhibit normal range of hearing, vision and manual dexterity. Must have the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time; some stooping and bending is required.
High school diploma or equivalency required.
One year of office experience including phones and typing preferred or an equivalent combination of educational experience from which comparable job knowledge could be acquired.
Requires skills in mathematical calculations, understanding of financial analysis terms; basic financial skills.
