Duties and Responsibilities
The Graduate School seeks an office coordinator to perform the following functions: --Act as point person with students, faculty, and staff for database issues --Work with database architect to create/improve electronic forms --Service as liaison with Registration and Records --Works with the Associate Dean on the Records Integrity Project --Scan/Print and index incoming documents for electronic files --Maintain student data integrity via multiple platforms --Perform file audits for all graduating students, as well as maintain graduation application lists --Enter milestones on student records _ Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Education or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience in an office setting.
Certificates, credentials or licenses required to perform the duties of this position:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and e-mail applications. -Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Docfinity, and Spreadsheets.
Previous office experience required. Effective oral and written communication. Attention to detail. Technologically savvy. Ability to multi-task. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
