Responsible for the everyday management of the office including but not limited to:
• Supervise office Clerical Staff
• Process Payroll hours
• New employee hiring and general training
• Paperwork management for employee files & termination and new
hire paperwork
• Benefit coordination with Lamar HR office
• Maintenance of OSHA logs
• Affirmative Action coordination with HR office
• Workers Compensation
• Handle Operations Manager and GM’s expense reports upon
request
• Complete any special requests/projects from General Manager,
Sales Manager, or Operation Manager
• Billing for office vendors
• Misc. Truck Mileage reporting
• Petty Cash
• Collections, A/P and A/R for local office
• Responsible for overseeing the Charting of advertisers and
logging of material receipt dates.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• 1 to 2 years Experience in an office environment
• 1 year supervisory experience
• Above average computer knowledge
• Ability to manage Bank Records
• Excellent Phone Etiquette
• Requires an excellent command of the English language
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum High School Graduate – College Preferred
• Training in office management education preferred
WORKING CONDITIONS
• Working in office environment, sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and moderate lifting & carrying.
