Under general supervision, this position is responsible for all accounting functions of the branch, as required by the Division Controller and local needs, as well as office administration duties.
Setting priorities of the work flow as required.
Managing and supervising office personnel.
Maintaining fixed assets, inventory, accounts payable, general ledger and preparation of journal entries, balance sheets and profit & loss statements on computerized accounting system within the parameters of the monthly closing cycle.
Ensure daily preparation of the cash fund reconciliation & review.
Managing and confirming timekeeping records
Coordinating all aspects of the close process including: daily, monthly, and yearly closings.
Ensuring that all branch personnel comply with corporate & division policies & procedures.
Handle ad hoc HR related duties as needed.
Equivalent of 2 years of college accounting, which equates to 12 hours of accounting or related experience.
3 years of managerial experience in office administration and accounting.
Must possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Must possess excellent organizational skills
Ability to priortize and strong attention to details required.
