Operations Manager

The role of the Operations Manager is to be responsible for achieving the financial performance and revenue growth strategy for their location(s). The Operations Manager needs to be an expert in their local market, leveraging best practices for patient acquisition and retention. The Operations Manager provides the leadership and guidance to achieve individual and team success. The Operations Manager supports and drives the company’s mission and culture for their location(s). The qualified candidate will be responsible for:
  • Identifying and developing talent (staff and associate)
  • Driving year over year revenue and profit growth
  • Effectively implement best operational practices
  • Managing expenses to achieve monthly budget

Requirements REQUIRED: Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three or more years of both complex business and managerial experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. DESIRED: Bachelor's or Master's degree. Considerable prior coursework or on-the-job training in the fields of dentistry, insurance, or business.
