Serve as the online expert for Metropolitan College & Extended Education. Work with the Marketing Director on the strategic vision of all MET College departments and offices, and on how this vision is supported by web and online marketing. Lead and manage online team and projects to ensure that MET College is on the cutting-edge of academic innovation. Oversee all web initiatives. Serve in a leadership role for integrated marketing initiatives and overall online business operations.
Requires: B.A./B.S., the ability to be proactive, organized and business-minded, overall knowledge in both marketing and technical departments, the ability to analyze and advise, effective communication skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, the ability to manage staff, vendors and projects, the ability to work and interact with Deans/Directors, experience with Internet Process and Development Tools, Web design, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Fireworks, various HTML coding, an understanding of high-end web coding and database connectivity, online connectivity, strong internet marketing skills, knowledge of web programming and high-end development, knowledge of database, data mining, and IT projects, search engine optimization, e-marketing, and five to eight years of related experience.
