Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities shall include all construction and production activities relating to the operation of his/her plant in a profitable and acceptable manner. Those activities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
Personnel: Be directly responsible for and supervise the hiring, training, motivating, evaluating, disciplining and terminating of all construction and production personnel. The Operations Manager shall also be responsible for the development of personnel to assist in the overall growth of the company and shall ensure that all personnel conform to Employer's policies, guidelines and procedures. The Operations Manager shall further be responsible for insuring that all personnel do an efficient and productive job in all construction and production operations of the plant.
Location and Appearance of Outdoor Structures: Assist the Plant Manager in maintaining an accurate count of the number of poster and paint units in the plant, maintaining a consistent leasing effort to ensure proper numbers and locations of panels, conducting accurate TAB audits as required, relocating units to eliminate obsolete locations, maintaining structures in accordance with Employer's standards, maintaining an on-going maintenance program on all structures, and enforcing all aspects of Employer's customer service policy.
Vehicle and Office Building Maintenance: Vehicles, buildings and grounds should be maintained in accordance with Employer's policy. The Operations Manager is directly responsible for insuring that vehicles are properly maintained, cleaned and repaired; shop and yard are properly cleaned and organized.
Administrative: Assist the Plant Manager in controlling costs and expenses, making timely payment of all bills, submitting all company reports timely and accurately, administering all programs in accordance with Employer's policy, adhering to and supporting all Employer's directives and programs, staying abreast of all local zoning activities, informing Employer and documenting all legal problems, conforming to EEOC guidelines, conforming to OSHA regulations, maintaining a safety emphasis program, obtaining all necessary licenses and permits and conducting a continuing public relations program.
All of these activities may not be personally handled by the Operations Manager, but it is his/her responsibility to supervise all construction and production activities and he/she will be held accountable for them.
Required Skills and Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience operations
• High School diploma or equivalent
Working Conditions and Additional Information:
• Must be adept at developing teams of cross different geographic locations.
• Work environment includes office setting - sitting, standing, walking, bending, moderate lifting & carrying, and working outdoors on various projects, also driving.
