Associates Degree in AOTA approved Occupational Therapy Assistant Program
Completion of annual manual education and HIPPA training requirements
• Ability to communicate and interact appropriately with patients, families, and staff with respect to age, disability, and cultural preferences.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently express or exchange ideas/information by means of written and spoken word.
• Clinical competencies as defined by rotation, including age specific competencies.
All CHOP employees who work in a patient building or who provide patient care are required to receive an annual influenza vaccine unless they are granted a medical or religious exemption.

This position applies to those licensed in Occupational Therapy and who have completed accredited coursework in the field and are eligible to apply for OT licensure or COTA licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
