High School graduation or any equivalent combination of training and experience. Two years’ experience, paid or voluntary, in community activities. Bilingual (Spanish/English) and ability to communicate without difficulty; computer knowledge; use of standard office equipment.
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others. Ability to perform all tasks and job responsibilities safely without injury to self and others in compliance with A&M System and HSC guidelines.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Three years’ experience, paid or voluntary, in community activities.
Conducts personal interviews with local residents and assists with pharmaceutical applications for assistance programs.
Maintains pharmaceutical company and client databases; keeps administrative, fiscal, and client records.
Composes correspondence, reports, publications, presentations, including editing and proofreading.
Attends meetins, seminars and other events related to the Medicatation Assistance Program.
