To act as the Medical Occupational Health nurse for their
location by implementing post-offer physical and drug testing guidelines/procedures with
providers. Provide technical medical support to facility personnel to ensure compliance with
Corporate, Federal, and State safety and health regulations and company policies. Assist
facilities' compliance with Americans with Disabilities (ADA) Act and Family Medical Leave Act
(FMLA). Possess a working knowledge of Federal and State occupational health regulations
and monitor regulatory changes (through Federal Register). Secure technical support from
Industrial Hygiene or Safety to ensure compliance with applicable occupational safety and
health regulations. Assist with Healthy Balance initiatives utilizing local resources to assist
small facilities in providing quality programs.
required_skills_qualifications: Must have active LPN or RN license for the state in which the position is located. Must have active
desired_skills_qualifications: Strong computer skills, flexibility of hours/days.
comments: This is not a benefited position. They must be able to work weekends and off shifts.
This is a night/weekend shift position
