Occupational Therapist
The Occupational Therapist (O.T.) is a qualified
professional who directs, supervises, evaluates and provides occupational therapy services to patients as prescribed by the attending Physician.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of an occupational therapy school
accredited by the Council of Medical Education of the AMA in collaboration with the American Association of Occupational Therapists and/or by the State Department of Education in the specific state where employed.
Registered by the Occupational Therapist Association and licensed in the state of practice if the state has registration practices.
Have at least one (1) year of appropriate experience as an O.T.
REPORTS TO:
The Director of Rehab Services and/or The Director of Patient Care Services
