Office Administration and light bookkeeping for a small office made up primarily of software engineers and one business manager. Will consider part time if you prefer although full time position is available depending on how you handle workload. After 30 days healthcare option is available if over 32 hours per week. Louisville, CO

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Must be familiar with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office – Excel a plus

Must be self-learner, self-starter and possess problem solving skills (if you don’t know, ask or find out how to acquire the skill/knowledge)

Dependable, motivated, loyal, dedicated and punctual

Good interpersonal skills and friendly personality


Outstanding written and verbal communication

Strong analytical skills

Detail-oriented and able to multi-task

Work with minimal supervision

Weekdays – business hours with dependable transportation particularly in winter conditions

Previous bookkeeping experience preferred
