Support Site Manager, Program Managers, and staff in the oversight of the office administrative resources and related information and data.
Conduct the normal administrative functions of the office - distribute mail; process the office correspondence as required; log receipts, control and file correspondence and documents; answer the telephone for manager and staff as required; assist with staff travel as required; produce documents as required to manage the office activities; coordinate room requirements for customer and internal office meetings to include arrangements for refreshments and clean up; order and maintain the stock of supplies for the office as well as copier/printer paper and toner supplies.
Produce program correspondence, management preparation of documents, and deliverables.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and technical reports to include compiling engineering and research background data and information.
Provide typing support to office personnel to prepare contract deliverable documents, as required.
Prepare and illustrate presentation materials.
Successful applicant must have a minimum of 5 years office support experience including word processing, light bookkeeping, file maintenance, scheduling meetings, and telephone reception.
Successful applicant must possess an operating knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Successful applicant must have the expertise to act independently and with minimum supervision to provide the administrative support required to support the manager and staff.
Individual should possess the ability to manage multiple priority tasks and complete each in a timely manner to support site and program managers’ requirements.
Individual should possess communication skills to satisfy the requirements of supported staff while maintaining his/her composure and sense of humor.
