At Gander Mountain, the Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Human Resources and office functions within the store as well as working throughout the store assisting the Merchandise Support and Customer Service Teams.

Responsibilities:

·Monitor and supervise customer service to ensure a branded Gander Mountain shopping experience
·Maintain the payroll data base for proper payment to all associates
·Ensure proper ordering of store supplies for a smooth running store while monitoring control of expenses.
·Maintain weekly EAS audits.
·Perform administrative duties as it relates to cash handling and other Gander Mountain assets.
.Work along side our Merchandise Support Team pricing and stocking incomming merchandise

Qualifications:

·1+ years working in a fast paced, customer focused retail organization
·Well-organized with the ability to multi-task, work with technology and lead and influence the team.
·Effective written and verbal communication with strong initiative
·Detail oriented with an ability to analyze data and recognize areas of opportunity
·Must be 18 and flexible to work a combination of days, nights and weekends
.Good communication skills
