Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Office Administrator plays a key role in the general administration of the office. The responsibilities and basic skills/qualifications are as follow but not limited to:

Responsibilities:
Managing all aspects of the real estate transaction process from processing sales in our database to auditing and maintaining the related transactions file to securing and distributing the commission checks
Processing new sales agent association paperwork
Managing the offices accounts receivables
On-boarding new sales associates and employees
Producing various sales activity reports

Basic Skills/Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Real estate sales experience required
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers
Some accounting experience preferred
