Essential Functions and Responsibilities

1.Maintains and develops positive and productive rapport with customers and potential customers.
2.Reviews orders report weekly ensuring promised dates meets customer’s needs.
3.Responds to customer quotation inquiries in a timely manner, via faxes and emails.
4.Handle incoming calls.
5.Process time & attendance for personnel.
6.Coordinates with manager to deliver material meeting customer requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1.Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the company and customers.
2.ERP software skills preferred.
3.Demonstrates ability to meet deadlines.
4.Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
5. Affinity with numbers.
6.Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
7.Successful candidate will posses excellent time management & creative problem solving skills.

Education and Work Experience

High School Diploma – Some college preferred.

3--5 years office administration in the fields of equipment rental or construction experience preferred.

Salary ranges from 14.00 – 16.00 per hour based on experience + Medical/Dental benefit package.

Hours- from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM- Monday - Friday
