Working in a professional office setting, the primary function of this position is to proctor and control the computer based test center environment by maintaining Pearson/Vue, Certiport and Prometric authorized test center policies and guidelines. Will also be responsible for supporting the non-credit Online programs and overall office support for the IT Training department.

Job Responsibilities
- Provides a full range of administrative and staff support for the Information Technology training programs

- Provides a full range of administrative and staff support for the non-credit Online training program

- Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible

- Anticipates and meets all customer needs accurately, professionally and with a commitment to customer satisfaction

- Controls test area by maintaining a working knowledge of policies, practices and procedures

- Greets examinees and verify identification

- Registers and prepare candidate scorecards

- Imports candidate information into database and report client biometrics

- Monitors test environment by maintaining client confidentiality

-Resolves candidate building problems or report them to the appropriate supervisor

- Protects the security of all computer software in Test Center environment

- Reboots computer servers and reset passwords when necessary

- Reports any occurrences which fall outside company guidelines to corporate management

- Creates monthly reports

- Works on special projects and performs other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ GED required, college degree preferred

- One year of customer service related experience required

- Skills in keyboarding, basic grammar, basic level work processing (MS Word) and basic level spreadsheet applications (MS Excel)

-Detail oriented with the ability multi-task

- Communicate effectively with the public from a position of authority

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operational and maintenance instructions

- Ability to write detailed reports and correspondence

- Sensitivity to respond appropriately to the needs of a diverse population

Preferred Qualifications
- Information Technology acumen
- Associates Degree
- Three plus years of customer service related experience

Work Schedule
Must be flexible. Primary hours are 11AM to 8PM Monday – Thursday, 9AM-4PM on Friday and alternate Saturdays.
