Responsible for providing clerical assistance within the department. Sets up and organizes files, makes photocopies, and distributes mail. Provides general information to the public, students, and staff. Handles department telephone calls and general customer service activities. May perform general typing activities as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.

Some related experience required.

Good verbal and written communication skills, effective customer service skills, and strong time management skills are required.
