Avalon Health Care is seeking an Office Assistant at our Corporate Office in Salt Lake City, Utah!
General clerical/administrative support to corporate employees
Manage, order and maintain Office Supplies
Manage and maintain multiple storage units on behalf of company
Run errands as needed
Manage and maintain food supplies for break room, including daily inventory, stocking, restocking, and weekly ordering
Misc. job functions as needed, such as filing, copying, putting together binders, presentations, document preparation, etc.
Receptionist back-up during lunch hour and “as needed”
Other misc. duties as they arise
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Minimum 12 months experience in an office environment
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
Previous Administrative experience preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must pass post-employment drug screening, criminal background investigation and reference inquiry
