Provide a high level of customer service to our internal and external customers in the efficient and effective operation of the front desk. Assume the responsibility of ensuring that callers and visitors receive a positive image of Hazelden. Attend to routine office activities for designated staff to promote efficient daily operation. Provide clerical back-up support to designated areas to help ease workloads and maintain timeliness of business functions. Assure a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, guests and visitors.
High school or equivalent required; vocational or technical training desired; minimum of 6 months directly related service experience, computer skills and typing skills of 35 wpm required.
