Responsibilities:

Provide a high level of customer service to our internal and external customers in the efficient and effective operation of a central switchboard. Assume the responsibility of ensuring that callers and visitors receive a positive image of Hazelden. Attend to routine office activities for designated staff to promote efficient daily operation. Provide clerical back-up support to designated areas to help ease workloads and maintain timeliness of business functions. Assure a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, guests and visitors.

Qualifications:

High school or equivalent required; vocational or technical training desired; minimum of 6 months directly related service experience, computer skills and typing skills of 35 wpm required.
