About you:
You’re someone who loves making things happen! You’re energetic, fun, super organized and like being the main point of contact. You’re just as comfortable creating new processes to support our fast-paced team, as you are holding us accountable (figuring what’s compostable can be hard sometimes!). You’re the foundation of our dynamic work environment and juggle all sorts of important tasks without ever losing your smile.

We’re a tight-knit group who works hard, gets things done, loves what we do, laughs a lot and often goes on company-wide lunch hunts to find the best eats in SOMA. We’re growing quickly and you’ll be the glue to help us keep this awesome work life going and make it even better!

Proactively create a seamless day-to-day office experience (i.e. ensure that the our space is clean and organized, greet and announce visitors to team, manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages, interface with building management, etc.)

Select and manage vendors for facilities, IT and food services

Purchase and stock office supplies, process invoices for payment, track budgets and expenses

Curate delectable snacks and Friday lunch menus to keep us healthy and nourished

Plan and organize our company events, weekly meetings, happy hours, volunteer activities, etc.

Coordinate logistics of our office move and expansion

Collaborate on the design of our office space and bring on your creative aesthetic

Light IT set-up & trouble-shooting (i.e. when the printer acts up, projector doesn’t work, etc.)

Create new policies and procedures to make our work experience more efficient and enjoyable

Provide support for our HR and culture-related programs, when needed

Provide light admin support to our 2 co-founders, as necessary

A positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude

1-3 years of previous office management/administrative experience

Strong written and verbal communicator

Impeccable attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills

Strength in juggling multiple projects simultaneously

Genuine joy in working with all different people and making them feel comfortable

Excited to help build a growing team and business
