Responsibilities will include maintaining contract files; managing distribution of documents to multiple Contractors and government officials; providing copying, scanning, couriering to local offices and archiving functions for contract documents;
maintaining the filing system, updating databases (Prolog), tracking and processing submittals, RFI's, daily reports, correspondence, invoices, change orders, meeting minutes, monthly reports, etc. Individual will work directly with client in client office space and must ensure client satisfaction. Provide other information as requested. Knowledge of databases (Prolog preferred), MS Excel and MS Word required.
Training and Experience
We prefer a minimum of 5 years administrative experience to include 3 years of construction project experience. Candidate must be able to secure a government clearence and be a US citizen. Ideal candidate will have in depth Microsoft Office experience with construction management firms in New York area.
Other Essential Functions
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds, walk short distances, ability to access a shuttle bus.
