We are looking for a part time Office Assistant 27 hours a week (three days).
The candidate should be able to provide administrative, clerical and general support to CFO & HR administrator, answer phones, coordinate appointments, make copies and other duties as assigned.
Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel & PowerPoint
Previous office experience a plus.
Manage all filing
10/hr to start with increase & full-time status possible for right candidate
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS :
General PC Knowledge
Strong communication skills
Ability to work as part of a TEAM as well as INDEPENDENTLY
