This role is responsible for greeting visitors and customers coming into the office and direct them to their necessary appointments. Answer and assist telephone calls while performing daily required duties. Assist Human Resources coworkers and other departments as needed at the Ste. Genevieve facility.
High School diploma or equivalent plus advanced clerical skills. Advanced computer skills required for various software usage. Capacity to handle confidential information and multiple tasks in professional manner. A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
