This position will be responsible for data entry, printing labels, sorting, opening, distributing and responding to mail in addition to front line customer service which includes management of all incoming mail and faxes via a tracking system database. Other duties include answering all incoming calls, greet, and respond to inquiries and prepare statistical data reports. Assist with preparing for special events for the Admissions/ Enrollment Management, including First View Expo, NSU Round Up. Provides office support by completing special projects and performing any other duties as requested.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma required.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous administrative office experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications i.e Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong data entry skills.

Special Requirements
The Office of Human Resources will conduct a criminal background search of the selected candidate. The verbal employment offer is contingent upon the outcome of the criminal background report.
