Job Description

Busy Office seeks Office Assistant

The correct candidate will be well versed in all office duties, be willing to take initiative and be motivated to work independently with strong attention to detail. This is a high energy environment, candidate must be able and willing to multi-task and work as a team player with strong work ethic. We are looking for someone who is personable and comfortable talking to clients/vendors in person and via email.

Job requirements and duties include but are not limited to:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks
  • Creating Proposals, sales orders, etc.
  • General office and Customer Service Responsibilities
  • Great communication a must
