• Excellent presentation & telephone manner
• Accurate and persistent
• Computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, E-mails)
• Managing incoming calls on a reception desk
• Welcoming visitors
• Supporting the HR Team in office space organization and maintenance.
• In charge of supplying the office with the necessary goods and consumables
