Additional Salary Information: Benefits include: 1) 15 vacation days, 12 sick days and 10 paid holidays annually. 2) An employer contribution of $9,672 yearly towards insurance. 3) Retirement plan and an optional 457(b) deferred compensation. Special Information: • A criminal background check is required for the successful applicant.
• An employee new to the Judicial Branch will serve a one-year probationary period.

This position works 8 am to 3pm, 30 hours a week.

Duties: Schedules appointments, meetings and conference and video calls; makes travel arrangements. Manages the office fleet of state vehicles; schedules vehicles for routine services in accordance with state policy. Provides support at conferences run by the OCA both in and out-of-town. Manages supply requests and purchases for the office and maintains appropriate supply levels. Inputs purchase orders for the Information technology section and manages the inventory program. Performs receptionist duties; receives, researches and provides information in person and by telephone, mail or email; screens calls, takes complete and accurate messages. Answers phones and routes calls for the IT phone lines and routing calls to the appropriate technician. Resets passwords in the active directory for users. Acts as representative on building tenants committee and annual State Charitable Giving Campaign program. Receives receipts and records payments; to include receiving and recording of tuition payments for conferences; prepares and records disbursements; compiles information and assists in determining amounts owed.

Education/Experience: Possession of an associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in secretarial sciences, business or a related field, or graduation from an approved high school or vocational school and considerable office clerical or secretarial experience.
