Job Description As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative clerical functions to include; answering phone calls, general office work, assisting Senior Management with various activities, will also be responsible for composing memos, transcribed notes and research /create presentations. The Office Assistant will report to a Senior Management.

Qualifications Advanced Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Exceptional written and verbal communication and organizational skills

Willingness to take on additional responsibilities at the last minute

Ability to handle multiple priorities

Ability to work effectively under pressure and deadlines

Professional attitude

Comfortable seeking out information from other team members

Able to work independently with minimal direction

Must be detail oriented and have the ability to coordinate work schedules in a very fast paced environment.

Providing support for multiple projects

Additional Information Base Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 /Hour
