External Job Description
Title Resource Group (TRG) is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions. TRG is currently seeking an Office Assistant for Texas American Title Company in The Woodlands, TX.
This position will be responsible
nswering phones, directing calls, greeting visitors, delivering faxes, handling requests for insured closing letters and indemnity letters and
assist with opening the new customer/client files into the database system.
A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
1-2 years receptionist experience is required.
Must be a self starter. Must have the ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines while managing time in a constantly changing environment. Strong attention to detail and communications skills (verbal and written) is required. Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. Microsoft Suite proficient.
