This position is to provide overall administrative support and to be a communication liaison for the Depot.

Position Requirements

  • Provide overall administrative support for Depot management.
  • Utilize Apples Payroll Application to submit weekly payroll, monitoring overtime hours for accuracy.
  • Update all Associate attendance records and manage Local associate Vacation, Personal and Birthday picks.
  • Process parking tickets.
  • Ensure DOT compliance.
  • Assist in Safety communication, compliance and supplies, as well as take part in safety meetings.
  • Provide assistance to Cashiers as needed, including vacation coverage.
  • Assist Director of Sales and Regional HR Manager as needed.
  • Handle all Sales Accounting, Account Payable and Vendor inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain and update the Region’s emergency hot line call in message.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and UPS parcels including Norand equipment.
  • Facilitate all aspects of Fresh Direct order placement, Entenmann’s Direct, new customer and product tracking.
  • Update promo calendars for mainstream.
