To provide company information for employer and employee with a positive attitude in a professional manner. Assist with the office duties and to help employees and employer to communicate regarding company issues

Data entry work
Faxing/copying/scanning personnel information
Filing, making labels, keeping all personnel information orderly and up to date
Have good organizational skills
Help with the orientation process of new hire employees
Must be able to speak, read ,write the English language as well as translate into Spanish
Must be able to speak, read, write the Spanish language as well as translate into English
Backup switchboard position in a timely, professional manner and routing the caller to the proper individual
Greet/assist vendors and potential employees
Perform other duties as may be assigned

  • Have knowledge of an office environment and the importance of a professional appreance in an office setting
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Be able to translate English and Spanish languages
  • Provide own transportation to and from work
  • Be on time
  • Have good attendance
  • Be able to follow directions given by supervisor/manager
  • Possess and maintain a positive attitude
  • Follow all company rules
  • Experience with data entry procedures
  • Computer knowledge of Excel and Word applications
  • Possess a High School diploma or GED
