Writes, types, and enters information into computer to prepare correspondence,
statements, receipts, or other documents, copying information from one record to
Accounts receivable duties
Proofreads records or forms. Copies, sorts, and files records
Answers telephone, takes messages, and runs company errands
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
2 years administrative experience
1 year Accounts Receivable experience
OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS and ABILITIES
Typing speed of 40-45 wpm
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
