Assignment Type: Temp-To-Hire
Prepare all hourly employee payrolls - checking and auditing timekeeping, deductions, payroll reports, handing out checks and obtaining signatures.
Provide benefit and orientation support.
Act as a liaison between corp office and plant employees.
Data entry, support month end closing, other duties as assigned.
Need to understand the principles and practices of payroll, accounting or bookkeeping.
Need strong communication skills both verbal and written. Need strong clerical skills.
Associates Degree in Business is preferred.
Min of 1-3 years experience - performing accounting, clerical and payroll in an office environment
AA Degree: Business
3-5 years experience
