Associate's degree (A.A. or A.S.) and at least 6 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Description Summary:
This position will be responsible for assisting the Contracts & Grants Department with clerical administrative functions. Files correspondence and other records. Makes copies of correspondence or other printed matter. Types documents and enters data into computerized systems. Operates various office equipment such as multi-line telephone system, facsimile machine, photocopier, calculator, personal computer/work processor and printer. May perform additional duties as required.
