Our corporate office is located in Charlotte, North Carolina, where our sales, marketing, and distribution are centered. We seek an individual that pushes the limits of multi-tasking without sacrificing the smallest details. Your ability to handle multiple projects at once, while working independently or as part of a team, along with your exceptional communication skills to coordinate and manage schedules, conference calls and visitors will be your strengths in this position. This experienced professional will coordinate office, marketing and sales administration activities as well as relieving the leadership team of administrative work and business details that include the following:
Coordinates publicity, sponsorships and promotions. Coordinates advertising. Coordinates negotiated pricing for Global OEMs. Manages the Neutrik promotional stock room and distribution of give away material. Composes and types routine correspondence and announcements. Coordinates and distributes Neutrik USA (NUSA) Today Newsletter. Organizes and maintains shared file system, and files correspondence and other records. Arranges meetings and conference calls. Backs-up sales phones during meetings. Primary contact supporting the Marketing team. Coordinates Presidents schedule and makes appointments. Manages NUSA master calendar and inputs approved paid time off. Coordinates annual tradeshow schedule and planning with NAG/NUS (see ISO documents). Works cooperatively with Technical Support Specialist on ad hoc projects and events such as trade show. Develops collateral material as needed to support Sales staff. Greets scheduled visitors and conducts to appropriate area or person. Arranges travel schedules and reservations for leadership team when needed Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities. Organizes NUSA events with the support of NUSA team.
Associates degree in Business or related field. 2-3 years of office administration experience; some marketing experience preferred. Exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills. Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and email. Adobe, Keynote, Photoshop, and SAP experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Ability to work on a team or individually. Bilingual Skills in English / German or English / Chinese preferred. Basic math skills for addition, subtraction, division, multiplication. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
