Manage daily office admin activities, customer reporting & logistics in order to support all field service and on-site composite repair activities.
*Tracks activity, maintains on-site service, quality & safety reports
*Reviews manual & electronic reporting
*Maintains multiple data bases
*Assists HR as required
*Serves as liaison to corporate office, customers, vendors, suppliers and employees
*Maintains financial records, registers, files in accurate fashion
*Supervises 1 direct report
Education: High School grad with business/accounting experience
Skills: strong interpersonal, oral & written. Strong computer (MS Office) & organizational skills req'd
Experience: min 3-5 yrs clerical and/or business admin with accounting/general bookkeeping skills preferred
Regularly interacts with employees, customers, vendors & other internal departments. Must be able to communicate with C-level management with confidence.
