We currently have a great opportunity as an Office Cooridnator at our facility in Woodside, NY. The Office Coordinator is responsible for verifying and maintaining all RSRs daily route sales to ensure that all invoices are accounted for. Responsible for calls made to customers for their weekly orders.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
oCharge/Assist walk-in customers
oPlace and receive calls to customers for weekly orders
oProcess customer orders
oCollection calls as needed
oTransfer Goods Sold
oVerify and approve all daily sales commission
oRSR's daily route sales packages - review, copy and scan all backup (all invoices, copies of payment checks, money/collection sheets and deposit slips) to On-Base
oSave all scanned sales backups in our office external hard drive at the Onboarding Computer
oEmail all manual tickets the WHQ to be entered in SAP
oCount driver's money
oGive RSR's route Product Summary print outs (SAP product tracking), payment checks (to be entered in the checks received log, emailed and mailed to the national corporate office) and copy of manual tickets (for tracking purposes) to the Office Administrator on a daily basis
oAct as backup to Office Administrator

'Associate degree in business or related field with 1+ year business experience to include customer service
'Strong written and verbal communication skills (interpersonal skills)
'Fluent in Spanish required
'Trustworthy with company assets including cash handling
'Demonstrated ability to multitask and work under pressure
'Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere
'Strong PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
'SAP or related systems experience preferred
