Responsible for daily operations of the office

Responsible for overseeing the purchasing and maintaining office inventory, reviewing and coding accounts payable

Direct supervision for all clerical staff

Communicates with community partners regarding various types of programs/resources available to staff and families

Reports unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical and safety channels

Ensures client's rights are protected

Is knowledgeable of and follows all safety procedures

Implements SFCS policies and follows directives as required. Follows and adheres to all pertinent SFCS Standard Operating Procedures, rules personnel policies and procedures; related accreditations and licensure standards and Federal state and local rules, statutes, regulations and contractual terms
