Position Description

Reporting to the Office Manager, the Office Coordinator will be hands-on in addressing day-to-day administrative needs in keeping Tagged's fast-paced office running smoothly and help facilitate office operations. This position plays a critical role in supporting Tagged’s ongoing growth and change and will take an active role in enhancing Tagged’s optimal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests visiting the office and make them feel welcome.

Monitor and restock kitchen, pantry and office supplies to ensure office is well stocked.

Manage the daily catered employee meals.

Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.

Maintain professional appearance of the office (all common/shared areas: conference rooms, kitchen, storage rooms, etc.) throughout workday.

Maintain the office environment through proactive quality checks.

Assist in office moves and new employee set-up.

Monitor and respond to requests made in the facilities request database.

Maintain professional manner with clients and employees.

Take initiative to solve problems that hinder a smooth running of the office.

Additional Responsibilities

Run project-related office errands as needed.

Special projects as assigned.

Requirements

High School diploma required.

Two years of experience as Office Coordinator in fast paced environment.

Ability to prioritize and multi-task to efficiently meet strict deadlines and excellent interpersonal skills, which will enable effective interaction with coworkers, clients, vendors and other contacts.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Must be a service-oriented team player.

Proficiency on a PC and solid project management skills are required.
