Ohio Mentor d/b/a Institute for Family Centered Services ( IFCS). IFCS serves families in Maryland, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Florida and now Ohio through intensive in-home family centered services. Founded in 1988, IFCS’ service model provides individualized, practical support to families, including assistance during times of crisis and help with parenting in unusual or difficult circumstances. IFCS also works with families to resolve conflicts, address their communication needs, and provide support when the tasks of daily living are overwhelming. IFCS joined The Mentor Network in 2009.

IFCS is seeking an Office Coordinator to coordinate administrative support for an office or region within a state, which may include coordination of building maintenance, office equipment and purchasing. Office Coordinators also supervise work flow of administrative staff under the direction of a manager or director. The Office Coordinator may also perform administrative duties such as scheduling, preparing correspondence, answering telephones and filing.
- Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent in knowledge and experience
- Five years of administrative support experience
