- Provides information technology support for 100+ users including software upgrades, laptop and desktop maintenance and trouble-shooting.
- Assist Business & Facilities Manager with maintenance and facilities issues as needed.
- Sets up laptops, computers, and overhead projectors for meetings as needed.
- Offers remote (telephone) informaton technology support to clinical field staff as needed.
- Maintains laptop and MiFi inventory control
- Process and reconcile invoices/statements for accounts payable for approval and transfer to THHS accounting department, and maintains records for research as needed.
- Provides marketing material design and ordering for Marketing Coordinator.
- Provides backup to receptionist duties.
