Job Descriptions:
The Administrative Assistant & Office Manager will work in the GA office and ensure the smooth running of Arkadin’s NORAM HQ. The Office Manager will run the office and take ownership of various administrative duties in facilities and business operations. It contributes to Arkadin’s success by creating and maintaining an office environment that allows employees to focus on the work and get administrative support in a timely manner.

Provide administrative support for the President of NORAM and management team

Provide general support such as answering telephones, completing expense reports, assisting and resolving problems and inquiries of visitors, review and control of incoming and outgoing correspondence, and follow-up on operational commitments

Answers phone and directs calls

Compose, edit and quality review correspondence, announcements, and reports

Schedule and organize activities including conference calls, meetings, workshops, event coordination, travel arrangements, department activities, appointments, and calendars

Arranges use of conference rooms

Order office supplies and work with building facilities to insure requests are met

Maintenance of office equipment

Organize and maintain the filing system, files correspondence and other records

Perform other related duties as assigned to include assistance to other administrative team members as needed

Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years of office management and administrative assistant experience

Associates Degree required

High attention to detail and accuracy

Outstanding follow-up and execution

Strong organization skills

Excellent communication skills

Sense of urgency and self-starter

Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office

Willing to learn a variety of tasks

Teamwork

Positive attitude

Flexibility and ability to handle a multitude of tasks as needed
