The Office Manager is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations. The office manager facilitates organizational effectiveness and efficiency relating to general office management, accounting submissions, and customer service.

Aide and support the daily operation by providing office support and organization to the Kitchen Manager and Driver Supervisor. This includes handling daily reports, pizza purchase orders, driver scheduling, and other clerical needs.
Handle incoming school customer service inquiries with a sense of urgency and effective problem-solving. Synchronize kitchen resources, drivers and on site customers to effectively and gracefully handle emergencies.
Effectively plan all routing and scheduling for drivers.
Manage and accurately report time cards, invoices and accounting submissions to corporate finance department.
Lead the hiring and firing process of all delivery employees.
Coordinate maintenance of fleet.
Manage ticket queue daily to ensure timely and accurate feedback SOS Team.
Communicate issues and assistance required to General Manager.
Maintain driver workplace safety programs.
Maintain costs through component management, proper planning, and staff management.
Effectively communicate and practice all company policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
Establish a culture of respect, hard work, consistency, and effective communication with all team members.
Performs other duties as assigned and follows through on requests in a timely manner.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with peers and managers in a professional manner.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, TimeIPS and Outlook and the ability to quickly learn new programs as necessary.
Self-motivated, detail oriented, flexible and dependable with a strong work ethic. Must have the ability to work as a team, as well as, independently.
Ability to listen to our customer's needs, address their concerns, and deliver a high-touch Customer Service experience.
Ability to think creatively, exercise independent judgment, identifies problems, make decisions and resolve issues both of a routine and unique nature. Must communicate these to the team in a professional, concise business format.
Ability to read and write English.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and quickly solve issues.
