The College of William and Mary seeks applicants for the position of Office Manager. Manage office budget including invoices, purchasing supplies and reimbursements. Schedule staff meetings. Coordinate transportation of student and faculty travel. Train and supervise student employees. Support student learning through the exceptional delivery of customer service. Receptionist to answer phone calls and greet visitors.

Minimum Qualifications
High school graduate or GED required. Office services experiences, preferably in a College or University setting. Experience with College operating system including financial operations. Experience with bill paying, purchasing and scheduling meetings required. Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc) required. Strong communication and customer service skills required. Ability to work in a flexible environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with college students, working with conference operations.
